Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Locrian (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Locrian provides brand intelligence analysis, including trademark availability searches, brand scoring across nine dimensions, and professional referral services. The Platform is a technology tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

User Accounts

Some features require providing an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments and Refunds

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the report was not delivered or contained material errors. Contact hello@locrian.io for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

The Locrian Score, scoring methodology, and all platform content are proprietary to Locrian, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Brand reports purchased by you may be shared with your advisors and partners.

Limitation of Liability

Locrian, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
